面向产品实现过程与科教融合的机械类本科生人才培养改革与实践 被引量:5

摘要 针对工程设计图形学、机械原理、机械设计、系统动力学与振动机械类主干课程教学案例相互之间孤立、课程之间的应用软件使用相互独立的实际问题出发,以培养面向企业工程开发的人才需求为教改依据,研究贯穿机械类主干课程的面向产品实现过程的工程案例,使学生了解并掌握一流企业在产品实现过程中广泛应用的软件工具、产品开发的流程,并建立课程知识与企业产品开发活动的映射关系,从而明确课程学习的目的;与企业共同建立合作培养学生的机制及实践基地,并与企业导师共同指导学生深入企业完成实际的产品开发,让学生能够通过触摸进行实际感受,从而使学生不但能够明确机械类主干课程在企业产品开发中的地位和作用,增加学生学习的主动性和趣味性。 The study aims at the practical problems of the isolation of teaching cases and the independent use of application software among the main mechanical courses of engineering design graphics,mechanical principle,mechanical design and system dynamics and vibration.Based on the cultivation of talents for enterprise engineering development as the basis of educational reform,this paper studies the product-oriented engineering cases that run through the main mechanical courses.The purpose of the study is to enable students to understand and master the software tools and product development process widely used in the product realization process of first-class enterprises.At the same time,this study establishes the mapping relationship between curriculum knowledge and enterprise product development activities,so that students can make clear the purpose of curriculum learning.We establish cooperation with enterprise common students mechanism and teaching base,and guide students to do the actual product development enterprise with the enterprise mentor.The aim of it is to let the student can carry on the practical experience,by touch,so that the students can not only clear mechanical main courses in the position and role of the enterprise product development,but also increase the students'learning initiative and interest.
