摘要
小学阶段是学生职业观启蒙与形成的重要阶段,在这个阶段开展职业生涯教育能够使学生增强自我认知,加深对人生发展的理解,使学生在成长过程中学会主动选择、适应变化和开展生涯规划。文章对如何在小学高段职业生涯课程中融入STEAM教育理念进行探讨,提出真实情境中学习、跨学科学习、团队合作中学习、项目式学习、问题解决中学习、迭代思维中学习等融合策略,以期为小学高段职业生涯教育课程设计提供思路。
Primary school stage is an important stage for the enlightenment and formation of students'career outlook.Carrying out career education at this stage can enable students to enhance their self-awareness,deepen their understanding of life development,and enable students to learn to actively choose,adapt to changes and carry out career planning in the process of growth.This paper discusses the strategy of integrating the concept of STEAM education into the high-level career curriculum of primary school,and puts forward the integration strategies of real situation learning,interdisciplinary learning,team cooperation learning,project-based learning,problem-solving learning and iterative thinking learning,in order to provide ideas for the curriculum design of high-level career education of primary school.
