摘要
目的对收治的一例舌癌切除术+游离皮瓣修复患者进行回顾性分析,试探讨术后伤口多重耐药菌感染的原因以及护理体会。方法选择我院2020年11月收治的1例双侧下颌牙龈、口底、颊部鳞状细胞癌患者作为研究对象,分析多重耐药菌感染的原因,制定积极有效的护理措施。结果革兰氏阴性杆菌是术后伤口感染最常见的多重耐药菌,经护理干预后,患者伤口感染愈合出院。结论革兰氏阴性杆菌是舌癌切除术+游离皮瓣修复术后伤口感染最常见的多重耐药菌,术后需要加强营养支持,严格坚持无菌操作原则,加强口腔护理,从而防止多重耐药菌感染的发生。
Objective To retrospectively analyze a case of tongue cancer treated with resection and free flap repair,to explore the causes of postoperative wound multi drug resistant bacteria infection and nursing experience.Methods A case of bilateral mandibular gingival,floor of mouth,buccal squamous cell carcinoma in our hospital in November 2020 was selected as the research object,the causes of multi drug resistant bacteria infection were analyzed,and positive and effective nursing measures were formulated.Results Gram negative bacilli were the most common multi drug resistant bacteria in postoperative wound infection.After nursing intervention,the wound infection healed and discharged.Conclusion Gram negative bacilli are the most common multidrug-resistant bacteria in wound infection after tongue cancer resection and free flap repair.It is necessary to strengthen nutritional support,strictly adhere to the principle of aseptic operation,and strengthen oral care,so as to prevent the occurrence of multidrug-resistant bacteria infection.
