摘要
目的探讨lncRNA MALAT1在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中的表达和化疗对其影响。方法收集2018年6月至2020年12月遵义医科大学第二附属医院确诊的头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者45例及同期化疗患者30例。分析肿瘤组织中lncRNA MALAT1的表达及在不同临床病理特征的表达情况,并分析化疗对lncRNA MALAT表达的影响。结果lncRNA MALAT1在头颈部鳞状细胞癌肿瘤组织中表达显著增加(P<0.05),且肿瘤>2 cm、TNMⅢ~Ⅳ期、组织分化差以及淋巴结转移患者中的lncRNA MALAT表达增加(P<0.05)。化疗后可显著降低lncRNA MALAT1在头颈部鳞状细胞癌肿瘤组织中表达(P<0.05)。结论lncRNA MALAT1在头颈部鳞状细胞癌肿瘤组织中表达显著增加,且在不同临床病理特征中表达不同,预示较差临床预后;化疗可降低其表达。
Objective To investigate the expression of lncRNA MALAT1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and the effect of chemotherapy on it.Methods A total of 45 patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University and 30 patients treated with chemotherapy from June 2018 to December 2020 were collected.The expression of lncRNA MALAT1 in tumor tissue and different clinicopathological characteristics as well as the effect of chemotherapy on the expression of lncRNA MALAT was analyzed.Results The expression of lncRNA MALAT1 significantly increased in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma tumor tissue(P<0.05),and the tumor increased in volume,with TNM stagingⅢ-Ⅳ,poor tissue differentiation.The expression of lncRNA MALAT in patients with lymph node metastasis increased(P<0.05).The expression of lncRNA MALAT1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma significantly decreased after chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of lncRNA MALAT1 significantly increases in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma tumor tissues,and varies in different clinicopathological features,which predicts poor clinical prognosis.Chemotherapy is able to reduce the expression.
