摘要
在对辖区22家食品流通单位经营的42批银耳产品进行快速检测中发现,部分单位经营的银耳产品二氧化硫含量超标,其中散装银耳的合格率较低,且以农贸市场为主。针对此种情况提出风险警示,相关部门应加强对辖区食品流通单位经营的银耳产品,特别是散装银耳产品的监督抽检和日常监管,确保该类食品的质量安全。
In the rapid detection of 42 batches of Tremella fuciformis products operated by 22 food circulation units in the area,it is found that the sulfur dioxide content of Tremella fuciformis products operated by some units exceeds the standard,among which the qualified rate of bulk Tremella fuciformis is low,and it is mainly concentrated in farmers’markets.In view of this situation,put forward risk warnings,and the relevant departments should strengthen the supervision,sampling inspection and daily supervision of Tremella fuciformis products operated by food circulation units under their jurisdiction,especially bulk Tremella fuciformis products,so as to ensure the quality and safety of this kind of food.
