摘要
人才培养质量是高等院校的生命线,如何不断提高人才培养质量也是一个永恒的话题。聚焦应用型高校人才培养,提出应用型本科教育培养质量关键要素分析框架,以部分地方新建本科高校为主体展开问卷调查,实证检验表明,地方新建本科院校应用型人才培养质量影响要素按贡献度依次为课程设置与教学内容、教师(教师水平、投入与教学方式方法)、教学投入(条件投入、管理投入)、校企合作和学生,并根据研究结果提出地方新建本科院校提升应用型人才培养质量的对策建议。
The quality of talent training is the lifeline of colleges and universities,and there has been continuous discussion on ways to improve it Focusing on talent cultivation in application-oriented colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the analytical framework of the key factors of application-oriented undergraduate education and selects teachers from some newly-established local colleges and universities to conduct a questionnaire survey.Empirical test shows that the influence factors of application-oriented talents training quality in local newly-established undergraduate colleges are,in order of contribution degree,curriculum setting and teaching content,teachers(teachers'level,input and teaching methods),teaching input(condition input and management input),university-enterprise cooperation and students.According to the research results,some suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of application-oriented talents’training in newly-established local colleges and universities.
