赤泥—粉煤灰烧结砖的成型及其力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 现代制铝工业提取氧化铝时会产生颗粒细小泥糊状固体废渣,因外观为赤红色,故称为赤泥。但由于未能对其妥善处理,大量赤泥的堆积对生态环境造成了恶劣影响。基于此背景,笔者详细分析赤泥的基本性质,发现赤泥的组成和成分与黏土、页岩等材料极为相似,故采用赤泥和粉煤灰为原料制备烧结砖,经过抗压测试该烧结砖抗压强度达到24 Mpa,满足国家普通烧结砖标准。利用赤泥制备烧结砖不仅为解决赤泥堆积问题开拓了新途径,也为实现固废循环利用、共创绿水青山提供了可能。 China is the largest producer of alumina, in the production of aluminium process will produce a solid wastes, usually granular powder material in small mud paste, because of the appearance of red red, it is known as the red mud, but because it fails to properly handle a large number of red mud accumulation of bad impact on the ecological environment. Based on this background, the author detailed analysis of the basic properties of red mud, found with a high degree of potential value in use. This topic uses the characteristics, preparation of Sintered Brick with red mud and fly ash as raw material, but also to address the accumulation of red mud issue has opened a new idea.
