摘要
新乡贤文化作为一种“软治理”,具有独特的乡村文化凝聚力和强大的社会扶持力,对于巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果具有十分重要的意义。文章立足于巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果所面临的挑战,分析新乡贤文化具有重塑村民的归属感和向心力、弥补乡村扶贫主体缺位、激发乡村社会发展内在动力等价值,并提出正确激活新乡贤文化的扶贫因子、明确新乡贤在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果中的定位和权限、加快建立“乡贤文化+巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果”长效机制等实践路径,以此促进新乡贤文化在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果工作中发挥积极作用。
As a kind of "soft governance", the new rural sages culture has unique rural cultural cohesion and strong social support. It is of great significance to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation. Based on the challenges faced by consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation, this paper analyzes the value of the new rural sages in reshaping the villagers’ sense of belonging and centripetal force, making up for the lack of rural poverty alleviation subject, stimulating the internal driving force of rural social development, and puts forward the poverty supporting factors for correctly activating Xinxiang culture, clarifying the positioning and authority of Xinxiang culture in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation accelerate the establishment of practical paths such as the long-term mechanism of "rural sages + consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation", so as to promote the new rural sages to play a positive role in consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation.
