西藏阿里地区藏族中职生心理健康状况调查及影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解西藏阿里本地藏族中职生的心理健康状况,分析藏族学生心理健康的影响因素。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量阿里地区中等职业技术学校402名藏族学生的心理症状,比较不同性别、年级、专业间学生的SCL-90得分。结果研究对象SCL-90总均分为(2.185±1.327)分。躯体化、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性4个因子得分高于国内中学生常模,强迫症状得分低于常模;除人际关系敏感外,研究对象的SCL-90其余因子得分均高于国内中职生常模,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。男生焦虑、恐怖因子得分低于女生,3年级学生SCL-90总均分低于2年级和1年级,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2年级和1年级之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同专业学生间的SCL-90得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),酒店专业得分最高,学前教育专业得分最低。对SCL-90各因子及总均分产生影响的因素包括年级、专业、父母教养方式、学校管理方式、年龄、父母关系、家庭结构、家庭年收入、教师的态度。结论西藏阿里地区藏族中职生心理健康水平低于国内中学生及中职生常模,家庭环境和学校管理方式对学生心理健康状况有重要影响。 Objective To understand the mental health status of Tibetan secondary vocational students in Ngari,Tibet,and to analyze the influencing factors of Tibetan students mental health.Methods The symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)was used to measure the psychological symptoms of 402 Tibetan students in secondary vocational and technical schools in Ali area,and the SCL-90 scores of students of different genders,grades and majors were compared.Results The total mean score of SCL-90 score of the research subjects was(2.185±1.327)points.The scores of the four factors of somatization,anxiety,terror,and psychosis were higher than the norm of domestic middle school students,and the score of obsessive-compulsive symptoms was lower than the norm;except for the sensitivity of interpersonal relationships,the scores of other factors of SCL-90 of the research subjects were higher than those of domestic secondary vocational students Norm,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The anxiety and terror score of boys is lower than that of girls,and the total score of SCL-90 of 3rd grade students is lower than that of 2nd grade and 1st grade,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),but there is no statistical difference between 2nd grade and 1st grade(P>0.05).The SCL-90 scores of students of different majors were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the hotel major had the highest score,and the preschool education major had the lowest score.The factors that affect the SCL-90 factors and the total average score include grade,major,parenting style,school management style,age,parental relationship,family structure,family annual income,and teachers’attitude.Conclusions The mental health level of Tibetan secondary vocational students in Ngari area of Tibet is lower than that of domestic secondary vocational students and the norm.Family environment and school management style have important influence on students mental health.
