摘要
目的:了解甘肃地区医院检测出Rh(D)阴性血患者资源管理情况,为有效补充Rh(D)阴性血献血者不足,Rh(D)阴性血患者不能及时,有效,安全的输血,提供一种有效献血途径。方法:通过微柱凝胶法及凝集法的血型检测方法,检测甘肃地区2019年全省各级具代表性医院住院及门诊病人ABO血型及Rh血型共计85253人份。用SPSS22.0软件,分别按ABO血型、RH血型、性别、年龄、疾病情况,进行统计分析。结果:各级医院检测出的ABO/Rh(D)血型共计85253人份,其中Rh(D)阴性患者共占0.66%。性别以女性居多,占70.97%;年龄分布以18~55岁人数最多,占比79.47%;有效献血人数可达70.27%;以三甲医院检出Rh(D)阴性患者最多,占71.43%。结论:对医院检测出的Rh阴性血患者资源进行科学,有效地管理,利用。逐步培育一支稳定的RHD阴性献血者队伍,对确保临床RH(D)阴性血液制品的安全有效、及时供给、保障人民的健康具有重要意义。
Objective:Purpose understand the resource management of patients with Rh(D)negative blood detected by hospitals in Gansu region,to provide an efiective way of blood donation in order to effectively supplement the deficiency of Rh(D)negative blood donors and to Rh(D)that patients with negative blood can not transfusion in time,efiectively and safely.Methods:Through the blood type detection method of microcolumn gel method and agglutination method,the blood type and Rh blood type ABO the hospital and outpatient patients at all levels in Gansu province in 2019 were detected.Using SPSS 22.0 software,according to ABO blood type,RH blood type,sex,age,disease situation,statistical analysis.Results:The total number of ABO/Rh(D)blood types detected in hospitals at all levels was 85253,of which Rh(D)negative patients accounted for 0.66%.Gender is the majority of women,accounting for 70.97%;Age distribution is 18-55 years old,accounting for 79.47%;Effective blood donation can reach 7027%;Third Class A Hospital detected the most Rh(D)negative patients,accounting for 71.43%.Conclusion:Cany on the scientific,effective management and utilization to the Rh negative blood patient resources detected by the hospital The gradual cultivation of a stable team of RH(D)negative blood donors is of great significance to ensure the safety,effectiveness,timely supply and health of clinical RH(D)negative blood products.
