摘要
简要介绍了碳达峰、碳中和、碳交易等概念。在碳达峰、碳中和的背景下,概述了当前磷化工湿法和热法两种主要生产工艺存在的瓶颈及现状。鉴于磷化工企业为高耗能企业,温室气体排放量较大,建议对热法制磷用磷矿和水力发电弃水等进行立法,强化磷化工生产操作的规范化和标准化,加强对碳资产、碳中和的管理,以实现在2030年前碳达峰、2060年前碳中和的目标。
The concepts of peak carbon dioxide emissions,carbon neutrality and carbon trading are briefly introduced.Under the background of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality,the bottlenecks and current status of the two main production processes of current phosphorus chemical industry,wet method and thermal method,are summarized.Considering that phosphorus chemical enterprises are high energy consuming enterprises with large greenhouse gas emissions,it is suggested to legislate on phosphorus ore for thermal phosphorus production and water discharge loss for hydropower generation,strengthen the normalization and standardization of phosphorus chemical production operation,and strengthen the management of carbon assets and carbon neutrality,so as to achieve the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.
