摘要
建筑实现零能耗是实现“碳中和”的有效途径,零能耗建筑一方面是节能,更重要的是创能,利用光电建筑一体化技术,通过建筑外围护结构使用发电型建材方法可以实现建筑创能。通过对安徽天柱绿色能源科技有限公司办公楼光电建筑项目的设计和运行进行研究分析表明,充分利用建筑外表面安装具有发电功能的建材,结合光伏发电的特性进行优化设计,实现建筑零能耗理论上是可行的。建筑创能和用能的匹配问题以及建筑自身特点和光伏发电特性之间的矛盾问题,要通过光电建筑技术和综合能源管理技术应用来寻求解决途径。
Zero emission realized in the buildings is an effective way in achieving the goal of carbon neutrality.Zero-emission buildings can not only save energy, but also generate it with the building-integrated photovoltaic(BIPV) technology, on which the power-generating building materials are applied to the building enclosure. From the study of BIPV Project’s design and operation on the office buildings of Anhui Tianzhu Green Energy Science& Technology Co., Ltd., it demonstrates the theoretical possibility of implementing zero emission in buildings by fully utilizing the power-generating building materials on its facades and then optimizing it with the photovoltaic power generation technology;however, there exists conflicts in the compatibility between the energy generation and its utilization in the buildings and between the building’s own features and BIPV technology. Therefore,technologies of BIPV and comprehensive energy management are required in achieving the goal of zero emission.
