摘要
基于模糊综合评价法和熵权法评价2015年我国31个省份的光伏资源利用水平,分析区域的特征及差异,同时划分为四类开发区域、提出不同的发展方式。研究结果表明:(1)31个省份光伏资源利用评价值呈正偏态分布,北部及东部沿海城市资源利用水平较高,中部和内陆地区较低。(2)太阳能资源不会制约产业发展,社会经济状况、分布式光伏发展是造成区域差异的主要原因。(3)依据光伏资源利用及实际情况划分优化调整区、重点开发区、潜力开发区和有序发展区四类发展区域。
This paper analyzes the utilization level, regional characteristics and differences of PV resources in 31 provinces of China in 2015, based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and entropy weight method, at the same time, divides four kinds of development areas, and puts forward different development modes. The results show that : (1) Evaluation value of PV resources in 31 provinces is in positive skewness distribution, the level in the northern and eastern coastal cities is higher than in the central and inland areas. (2) Solar energy resources will not restrict the development of PV industrial, socioeconomic status and the distributed PV development are the root cause of regional difference. (3) According to the utilization of PVresourees and the actual situation, it is divided into four kinds of development regions : optimized adjustment areas, key development areas, potential development areas and orderly development areas.
