摘要 为了研究橡胶粉掺量对橡胶混凝土的受压性能的影响,在混凝土中分别掺入5%、10%、15%、20%的橡胶,制作100 mm×100 mm×300 mm的棱柱体试件,在长柱压力试验机上测定橡胶混凝土的应力-应变全曲线,同时对橡胶混凝土的应力-应变曲线数据回归。与普通混凝土相比,橡胶混凝土的延性得到了极大增强,耗能明显增加。结果表明:橡胶掺量的变化对峰值应变的影响要远大于轴心抗压强度对其的影响;CEB-FIP公式和过镇海公式可以较好的反映橡胶混凝土的应力、应变变化规律;当<0.8时,各掺量橡胶混凝土的泊松比随荷载比的增长速度与普通混凝土类似,相差不大,且随着掺量的增加在降低;当时,橡胶混凝土泊松比增长速度明显低于普通混凝土的,且各掺量间规律不明显。最后根据试验结果,计算得出橡胶混凝土弹性模量、泊松比,分别建立了橡胶混凝土弹性模量与橡胶粉掺量及棱柱体抗压强度之间的关系,橡胶混凝土泊松比与橡胶粉掺量及荷载比之间的关系。 In order to study the influence of rubber powder content on the compression performance of rubber concrete,the prism specimens of 100 mm×100 mm×300 mm were prepared by mixing 5%,10%,15%and 20%rubber powder into ordinary concrete.The stress-strain curve of rubber concrete was measured on a long column pressure testing machine.At the same time,the stress-strain curve of rubber concrete is regressed.The results show that the influence of rubber content on peak strain is much greater than that of axial compressive strength.CEB-FIP formula and Guo Zhenhai formula can better reflect the change law of stress and strain of rubber concrete.When<0.8,the growth rate of Poisson′s ratio of rubber concrete with different contents is similar to that of ordinary concrete,and the difference is not obvious,and it is decreasing with the increase of mixing amount.When the growth rate of Poisson′s ratio of rubber concrete is obviously lower than that of ordinary concrete,and the law of each content is not obvious.Finally,according to the test results,the elastic modulus and Poisson′s ratio of rubber concrete are calculated,and the relationship between elastic modulus of rubber concrete and rubber powder content and compressive strength of prism,and the relationship between Poisson′s ratio and rubber powder content and load ratio of rubber concrete are established.
