摘要
针对S油田采油井抽油泵结垢导致的卡泵等问题,通过分析不同阶段抽油泵的结垢规律,认为在结垢初期主要是碳酸盐垢,而在结垢中、后期硅酸盐垢的占比有所增大,后期主要以碳酸盐垢以及硅酸盐垢共沉积的形式存在。在此基础之上,开展了防垢措施和除垢措施研究。防垢剂优选实验结果表明,复合防垢剂TG-F对碳酸盐垢以及硅酸盐垢的防垢效果较好,推荐其加量为300mg·L^(-1),对两种垢的防垢率可以达到95%以上。除垢剂优选实验结果表明,复合有机酸类除垢剂HFSJ-2对两种垢的除垢效果均较好,在除垢剂的质量分数为30%时,对两种垢的除垢率均能达到90%以上,除垢效果明显。现场应用结果表明,S油田A区块和B区块共计56口井采取防除垢措施后,平均检泵周期可以延长700 d左右,增油效果明显,达到了良好的现场应用效果。
Aiming at the problems of pump sticking caused by scaling of oil well pump in S oilfield,by analyzing the scaling law of oil well pump in different stages,it was considered that carbonate scale was mainly formed in the initial stage of scaling,while the proportion of silicate scale increased in the middle and later stages of scaling,and the carbonate scale and silicate scale co-deposition mainly existed in the later stage.On this basis,the anti scaling measures and descaling measures were studied.The experimental results of scale inhibitor optimization showed that the compound scale inhibitor TG-F had good scale inhibition effect on carbonate scale and silicate scale.The recommended dosage was 300 mg·L^(-1),and the scale inhibition rate of the two scales was than 95%.The experimental results of descaling agent optimization showed that the compound organic acid descaling agent HFSJ-2 had good descaling effect on both scales.When the mass fraction of descaling agent was 30%,the descaling rate of both scales was more than 90%,and the descaling effect was obvious.The field application results showed that after taking anti scaling measures for 56 wells in block A and block B of S oilfield,the average pump inspection cycle was extended by about 700 d,the oil increase effect was obvious,and good field application effect was achieved.
