粉煤气化水系统结垢分析与优化

摘要 粉煤气化水系统水质的好坏直接影响着系统是否能安稳长周期运行,因此,必须确保水质的各项指标达标合格,若灰水没有有效的措施管控,则水系统水质变差,动静设备管道积渣结垢更加严重,影响系统正常运行,因此,做好灰水水质的管控是非常重要的。结合大修拆检对水系统曾出现问题的关键点进行了详细分析,并以此提出有关水系统水质的管控及优化措施。 The quality of pulverized coal gasification water system directly influences whether the system can run steadily for long periods.Therefore,the water quality indicators must be ensured to meet the standard,if there is no effective measures to control the gray water,water system water quality is worse,static and static equipment pipeline slag fouling is more serious,affecting the normal operation of the system,Therefore,it is very important to do a good job of grey water quality control.In this paper,combined with overhaul demolition inspection of the water system,the key points of problems were analyzed,and water system quality control and optimization measures were put forward.
