摘要
共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,也是中国式现代化的重要特征。作为社会最弱势群体,残疾人共同富裕的实现程度成为衡量我国共同富裕水平的重要尺度。在推进残疾人共同富裕的实践中,我们需要加强对残疾人共同富裕的理论探讨。马克思、恩格斯关于共同富裕的论述为探索残疾人共同富裕问题提供了理论基础,中国共产党对弱势群体走向共同富裕的要求为残疾人共同富裕研究明确了方向。需要探究国内外关于“残疾人共同富裕”相关研究成果,为“残疾人共同富裕”问题展开广阔理论视域。鉴于残疾人共同富裕研究的某些不足,旨在从政治、理论、实践三个维度探索残疾人共同富裕的未来指向,从五个方面提出残疾人共同富裕研究的具体建议,以期推动形成残疾人共同富裕研究的中国话语,促进残疾人共同富裕实践的全面发展。
Common prosperity is the essential requirements of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an important feature of Chinese-style modernization. As the most vulnerable group in society, the realization of the common prosperity of persons with disabilities have become an important scale to measure the level of common prosperity in our country. In the practice of promoting the common prosperity of persons with disabilities, we need to strengthen the theoretical discussion on the common prosperity of persons with disabilities. Marx and Engels’ discussion on common prosperity provides a theoretical basis for exploring the common prosperity of persons with disabilities. The Communist Party of China’s requirement for the disadvantaged groups to achieve common prosperity has clarified the direction for the study of “common prosperity of persons with disabilities”. We need to explore domestic and foreign research results on “common prosperity of persons with disabilities”, and develop a broad theoretical horizon for the issue.In view of the shortcomings of the research on the common prosperity of persons with disabilities, we aim to explore the future direction of the common prosperity of persons with disabilities from three dimensions: political orientation, theoretical orientation, and practical orientation. This paper also puts forward specific suggestions from five aspects, in order to promote the formation of the Chinese discourse on the common prosperity of persons with disabilities, and to promote the comprehensive development of the practice.
