摘要
提出基于联合仿真的等速万向节疲劳寿命预测办法,将有限元方法和多体动力学仿真相结合,获得了等速万向节零件的工作载荷历程,然后运用有限元理论和疲劳分析方法联合求解,在设计阶段实现了部件的疲劳寿命预测,为等速万向节的设计优化提供了参考。
This paper proposes a method for predicting the fatigue life of constant velocity joints based on co-simulation.Combining the finite element method and multi-body dynamics simulation, the working load history of the constant velocity joint parts is obtained. The joint solution of finite element theory and fatigue analysis method is used to realize the fatigue life prediction of components in the design stage, which provides a reference for the design optimization of constant velocity joints.
