摘要
针对变频调速运行风机发生的传动轴裂纹故障问题,采用应变法测试了传动轴动态扭矩信号,研究了启停机过程中传动轴扭矩脉动特性。试验发现,风机转速升高到400 r/min后,传动轴上出现频率为17.6 Hz的大幅度扭矩脉动,扭矩脉动幅度超过扭矩平均值。采用雨流法统计出传动轴扭应力载荷历程,并利用Miner法和修正后的S-N曲线计算出传动轴疲劳寿命。试验和计算结果表明,扭矩脉动对风机安全运行的危害较大,传动轴容易出现疲劳损伤。
Transmission shaft torque pulsation signal of a fan with variable-frequency drive was measured using the strain gauge method for the research of shaft crack fault. Torque pulsation characteristics during run up and run down process of the fan was test. Frequency component of 17.6 Hz with large pulsation amplitude was found when the fan operates above 400 r/rain. The amplitude of pulsation is larger than that of the mean stress. Torsional stress characteristics of transmission shaft was computed using the rain flow method. Shaft fatigue life was calculated using the Miner method and the modified S-N curve. Test and calculation results show that there is large influence of the pulsation torque on the safe operation of the fan. It is easy to cause the fatigue of transmission shaft.
