摘要
通风机是保证矿业安全生产的重要设备,调速范围大。固定调制策略控制方式难以兼顾通风机的大范围调速,只能保证通风机在中低速工况下的平稳运行。为此提出了通风机变频器的自适应调制策略,将通风机转速分为低、中、高、超高4个范围,针对不同的转速范围自适应地调节载波频率,保证通风机在转速大范围变化时均能平稳运行。最后在PLECS下搭建了系统仿真模型,仿真结果验证了该调制策略的有效性。
Ventilator is an important equipment to ensure safe production of mining industry and its speed range is large. The fixed modulation strategy control method is difficult to take into account the large-scale speed regulation of the ventilator, which can only ensure the smooth operation of the ventilator under medium and low speed conditions. Therefore proposed an adaptive modulation strategy for the ventilator frequency converter, which divides the ventilator speed into four ranges of low,medium,high,super high, and adaptively adjusts the carrier frequency for different speed ranges to ensure the smooth operation of the ventilator when its speed changes in a large range. Finally, the system simulation model was built under PLECS and the simulation results verified the effectiveness of the modulation strategy.
