铅锌复合胁迫对小黑杨、黑青杨生长及生理的影响 被引量:3

Characteristics of Lead-Zinc Composite Stress on the Growth and Physiological Response of Populus simonii×P.nigra and P.euramericana‘N3016’×P.ussuriensis

摘要 为探究不同杨树品种对重金属复合胁迫的耐受性,采用盆栽试验,研究不同质量浓度Pb(NO_(3))_(2)和ZnSO_(4)复合胁迫处理对小黑杨、黑青杨生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明:小黑杨和黑青杨苗高、地径均与铅锌复合胁迫质量浓度呈负相关,总叶绿素质量分数随复合胁迫质量浓度的增加,呈先升后降趋势。铅锌复合胁迫质量浓度为800/1600 mg·L^(-1)时抑制作用最大,此时黑青杨苗高、地径、叶绿素质量分数较对照分别降低了32.28%、10.00%、50.91%,小黑杨苗高、地径、总叶绿素质量分数较对照分别降低了34.10%、19.75%、36.00%。低质量浓度复合胁迫(Pb^(2+)/Zn^(2+)<200/400 mg·L^(-1))对小黑杨、黑青杨可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖生成起到促进作用,高质量浓度(Pb^(2+)/Zn^(2+)>400/800 mg·L^(-1))则抑制可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖生成。小黑杨、黑青杨脯氨酸(PRO)质量分数、丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度与胁迫质量浓度呈正相关,铅锌复合胁迫质量浓度越高,对细胞膜破坏能力越强。小黑杨、黑青杨过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均随复合胁迫质量浓度增加,呈先升后降趋势,且均较对照差异显著(P<0.05)。因此,小黑杨和黑青杨能够耐受并适应Pb^(2+)/Zn^(2+)<200/400 mg·L^(-1)质量浓度胁迫。 In order to explore the tolerance of different species of poplars to combined stress of heavy metals,pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of Pb(NO_(3))_(2)and ZnSO_(4)on the growth and physiological indexes of Populus simonii×P.nigra and P.euramericana‘N3016’×P.ussuriensis.The results showed that height,ground diameter and totalchlorophyllthe mass fractions of of P.simonii×P.nigra and P.euramericana‘N3016’×P.ussuriensis are increased at first and then decreased with the increase of Pb-Zn compound stress concentration.The inhibitory effect was maximum under concentration of Pb^(2+)/Zn^(2+)=800/1600 mg·L^(-1)stress,the height,diameter andtotal chlorophyll mass fractions of P.euramericana‘N3016’×P.ussuriensis decreased by 32.28%,10%and 50.91%,while that of P.simonii×P.nigra decreased by 34.1%,19.75%and 36.00%,respectively.The production of soluble sugar and soluble protein was promoted by low concentration combined stress(Pb^(2+)/Zn^(2+)<200/400 mg·L^(-1)),but inhibited by high concentration combined stress(Pb^(2+)/Zn^(2+)>400/800 mg·L^(-1)).The mass fractions of proline and mass mole fraction Malondialdehyde in P.simonii×P.nigra and P.euramericana‘N3016’×P.ussuriensis were positively correlated with the stress concentration.The higher the concentration of compound stress,the stronger the ability of cell membrane damage.The activity of POD,CAT and SOD of P.simonii×P.nigra and P.euramericana‘N3016’×P.ussuriensis were increased at first and then decreased with the increase of compound stress concentration,which were significantly different from those in the blank control(P<0.05).Thus,P.simonii×P.nigra and P.euramericana‘N3016’×P.ussuriensis could tolerate and adapt to the low concentration of Pb^(2+)and Zn^(2+)combined stress(Pb^(2+)/Zn^(2+)<200/400 mg·L^(-1)).The refore,Populus simonii×Populus nigra and Populus euramericana‘N3016’×Populus ussuriensis can tolerate and adapt the stress of Pb^(2+)/Zn^(2+)<200/400 mg·L^(-1).
