摘要
采用雷诺应力模型(RSM)和离散相模型(DPM)对旋风分离器内的气-固两相流动进行了数值模拟计算,比较了带有不同外导流管的旋风分离器内流场、压降和分离效率,并探究了不同外导流管管径对旋风分离器内的流场调控及分离性能的影响。结果表明:外导流管可以改善旋风分离器内的二次涡分布,减小纵向环流的影响范围,降低二次涡间的协同作用,并抑制灰斗入口和料腿入口的二次流,从而提高分离效率;其中,带有H-E型外导流管的旋风分离器有效地提高了细小颗粒的分离效率,对粒径4μm以下颗粒分离效率的提高可达10%以上;H-E型外导流管对入口气流进行分流,可以减小气流的旋流损失,使压降降低16.7%。此外,外导流管管径对H-O型旋风分离器分离性能影响较小,对H-E型旋风分离器分离性能影响较大。
Both Reynold stress model(RSM)and discrete phase model(DPM)are used to numerically simulate gas-solid flow in the cyclone separator.Flow field,pressure drop and separation efficiency in the cyclone separator with different types of diversion tube are compared with each other.Impact of diversion tube diameter on separation efficiencies of cyclone separator is also investigated.Simulation results show that diversion tube can improve secondary vortex distribution in the cyclone separator,reduce impact range of longitudinal circulation,mitigate synergistic effects between secondary vortexes,and restrain secondary flow at the entrance of ash hopper and the inlet of dipleg.All of the above effects can help improve separation efficiency.It is also found that cyclone separator with H-E diversion tube can effectively improve separation efficiency for fine particles.For particles whose diameters are smaller than 4μm,separation efficiency can be improved more than 10%with H-E diversion tube.Diversion tube can divide inlet airflow,reduce swirl loss of the airflow,and thus reduce pressure drop by 16.7%.It is also noticed that the diameter of diversion tube has minor effect on separation efficiency of H-O cyclone separator,but has a large impact on separation efficiency of H-E cyclone separator.
