摘要
为了更好地解决中性点非有效接地系统单相接地故障处理问题,在介绍新型的“故障相接地法”和“柔性接地法”2种电压消弧技术的基础上,详细论述了“消弧线圈+故障相接地+选线跳闸”“消弧线圈+故障相接地+选线跳闸+馈线自动化”“消弧线圈+柔性接地+选线跳闸”“消弧线圈+柔性接地+选线跳闸+馈线自动化”4种典型单相接地故障处理应用模式,分别阐述了它们的技术原理、实现方案和技术特点,并介绍了4种模式在国内外的应用进展情况。
In order to improve single-phase grounding fault processing of neutral non-effective grounded system,based on the introduction of two voltage arc suppression technologies,such as fault phase grounding approach and flexible grounding approach,this paper discusses in detail four typical single-phase grounding fault treatment application modes which are arc suppression coil + fault phase grounding + line selection trip,arc suppression coil + fault phase grounding + line selection trip + feeder automation,arc suppression coil + flexible grounding + line selection trip and arc suppression coil + flexible grounding + line selection trip + feeder automation.expounds their technical principle,implementation scheme and technical characteristics respectively.The application of these four modes at home and abroad is also introduced.
