摘要 提出了一种基于连续近似线性规划的含统一潮流控制器(UPFC)风电系统校正控制决策方法。首先,讨论了含UPFC系统的潮流解耦计算方法。然后,在考虑风电及负荷预测误差的条件下,应用机会约束规划理论建立校正控制决策问题数学模型。为求解非线性不确定系统优化问题,分别计算不确定变量与控制参量对线路传输容量、电压及频率等状态变量的灵敏度,将原问题在当前运行点处近似转化为线性规划问题,根据其解对控制参量进行修正,不断迭代直至收敛。最后,以修改后的IEEE 10机39节点系统为例,对算法进行了验证。仿真结果表明,与场景法相比,连续近似线性规划方法可快速高效地求解校正控制决策问题,所得控制策略具有较好的经济性和安全性。另外,使用UPFC可有效地减少切负荷量,降低校正控制代价。 A decision-making method of corrective control for the wind power system with a unified power flow controller(UPFC)based on successive approximated linear programming is proposed.First,the decoupled power flow calculation method for the power system with UPFC is discussed.Then,considering wind power and load forecasting errors,the chance constrained programming theory is used to build the mathematic model for corrective control decisions.To solve the optimization problem of the nonlinear uncertainty system,the sensitivities of the line transmission capacity,voltage and system frequency with respect to the uncertain variables and control parameters are calculated separately.The primary problem is converted to a linear programming problem approximately in a specified steady state.The control parameters are modified iteratively according to the solution until convergence is reached.Finally,the algorithm is applied in a modified IEEE 10-generator 39-bus system to validate the effectiveness.The simulation results show that,compared with the scenario-based method,the successive approximated linear programming method can solve decision-making problems for the corrective control fast and efficiently,and has better economy and security.It is also shown that the load curtailment and the corrective control cost can be decreased largely through the UPFC control.
