摘要
事故筛选和排序是在线电压稳定性评估的一个重要部分,其目的是按照电压稳定性的标准快速而准确地在大量 可能的预想事故中选择出少部分危险性较大的事故,并按照其严重程度排序,对于影响系统性能的事故可以采取适当的预防或校正控制措施。该文以电压崩溃点和现有运行点之间的裕度作为电压稳定性的标准,将迭代过滤筛选技术和改进广义曲线拟合法结合起来,构成了一种新的事故筛选和排序办法。这种方法采用迭代过滤技术进行筛选,快速地在大量可能的预想事故中选择出少部分危险性较大的故事,然后采用改进广义曲线拟合法对这少部分较严重的事故进行排序。通过四川某一实际电网(301个节点)和电科院EPRI 36节点系统2个算例,证明了该方法的有效性,可以应用于在线电压稳定性评估方案中。
Contingency screening and ranking (CS&R) is one of the important components of on-line voltage stability assessment (VSA). The objective of CS&R is to quickly and accurately select a short list of critical contingencies from a large list of potential contingencies according to voltage stability criteria and rank them according to their severity. Suitable preventive/corrective control actions can be implemented considering contingencies that are likely to affect the power system performance. The margin between the voltage collapse and the current operating point is used as the voltage stability criterion, and a new CS&R method is formed by combining iterative filtering screening technology with an improved curve fitting method in this paper. The new method selects a short list of critical contingencies from a large list of potential contingencies quickly using iterative filtering screening technology . and then ranks the short list of critical contingencies using the improved curve fitting method. The effectiveness is proved by two examples. One is a practice system (301 buses)in Sichuan power systems, and the other is EPRI36-bus system of Electric Power Research Institute in China. Calculation results show that the proposed method can be used in on-line VSA scheme.
