摘要
瓜类枯萎病是由镰刀菌寄生引起的土传病害,防治非常困难且病原菌具有寄主专化性,给我国各地区瓜类生产带来了严重的损失。结合国内外相关研究内容,综述瓜类枯萎病抗性鉴定方法、抗性遗传规律、抗性分子标记和基因定位以及抗病品种的选育等研究进展,并对瓜类枯萎病抗性育种的研究方向进行展望,以期为瓜类枯萎病抗性遗传育种提供依据。
Cucurbitaceae Fusarium wilt is a soil-borne disease caused by fusarium parasitism,it is very difficult to control and the pathogen has host specificity,caused serious losses to melon production in various regions of China.According to the domestic and overseas studies of Cucurbitaceae Fusarium wilt,its identification technology,inheritance of resistance,mo-lecular marker,gene mapping and breeding of resistant varieties were reviewed,and the future research of Cucurbitaceae Fusarium wilt was also prospected,which will provide reference for resistance breeding of Cucurbitaceae Fusarium wilt in the future.
