摘要 高效准确的工程量计算是工程造价管理工作中的重要内容。随着BIM技术的不断发展,基于REVIT平台的工程量计算软件也得到了较好的发展。运用BIM进行工程造价计量相对传统的计算机辅助软件算量具有显著优势。文章基于正向REVIT模型计量的建模规则,以某图书馆为例,采用两种技术路线,一是基于REVIT平台开发的工程量自动计算软件,另一是基于REVIT的插件导出REVIT模型,再导入算量软件,研究正向设计REVIT模型对工程造价计量精确性和效率性的影响,并据此提出BIM正向设计模型建模规范,包括构件命名方式、图元绘制规范等,作为设计前期建模的建模规则,实现建模规范与工程计量的匹配,从而提升正向设计模型计量精确度和效率性。 The efficient and accurate calculation of engineering quantity is an important work in engineering cost management. With the continuous development of BIM Technology, the calculation software of engineering quantity based on REVIT platform has also been better developed. Using BIM for engineering cost measurement has significant advantages over traditional computer-aided software. This paper mainly studies the modeling rules based on forward REVIT model measurement. Taking a library as an example, two technical routes are adopted: one is the automatic calculation software based on REVIT platform;the other is the plug-in based on REVIT to export the REVIT model and then import the calculation software. Based on the above two technical routes, this paper studies the influence of the forward design review model on the accuracy and efficiency of project cost measurement, and proposes the BIM forward design model modeling specification,including component naming method, element drawing specification, etc., as the modeling rule of pre design modeling, so as to realize the matching of modeling specification and engineering measurement, and improve the measurement accuracy of forward design model Accuracy and efficiency.
