摘要
随着当代社会的不断发展,国内的经济和技术也在持续进步,各种高新科技被研发以及应用在各个领域。其中计算机技术的使用越来越广泛,渐渐与人们的日常生活紧密联结在了一起。计算机技术的不断完善使其在建筑施工领域中取得了一席之地,而其包含的BIM技术的使用更是使得各种工程的施工效率以及质量得到显著提升,将建筑工程领域推向一个崭新的发展高度。而就国内当前的发展状况来看,BIM技术在工程造价的管理工作中也起着相当重要的作用,使用BIM技术能够帮助工程造价相关的信息得到更加全面的整合。主要对BIM技术的特点和在工程造价管理中的实际应用进行阐述。
With the continuous development of modern society,domestic economy and technology are also making continuous progress,and various new and high technologies have been developed and applied in various fields. Among them,the use of computer technology has become more and more extensive,and has been closely connected with people’s daily life.The constant improvement of computer technology has enabled it to gain a place in the field of building construction,and the use of BIM technology included in it has significantly improved the construction efficiency and quality of various projects,pushing the field of building engineering to a new height of development. In terms of the current domestic development,BIM technology also plays an important role in the management of engineering cost. The use of BIM technology can help the information related to engineering cost to be more comprehensively integrated.This paper mainly expounds the characteristics of BIM technology and its practical application in engineering cost management.
