摘要
开展了改性脂环胺、腰果壳油改性胺和酚醛胺三类无溶剂环氧固化剂的亲水性及水下固化性能测试,并测试了不同分子量双酚A型环氧树脂与改性脂环胺水下固化性能,确定了能够用于水下固化的环氧树脂体系,通过筛选活性稀释剂、非活性稀释剂及附着力促进剂等功能添加剂,配套防锈颜填料,制备了一种能够满足在役海工钢结构浪溅区和潮差区的高湿、高盐、干湿交替等苛刻作业环境下修补施工需求的重防腐涂料,该产品能够适应低表面处理基材,实现潮湿面涂装及水下固化,涂层附着良好,防腐性能优异,可广泛应用于海工钢结构在役防腐维修。
According to test the hydrophility and performance of curing underwater of modified cycloaliphatic amine, amine modified by cashew shell oil and phenolic amine, and test performance of underwater-curing of different molecular weight bisphenol A type epoxy resin with modified cycloaliphatic amine, the resin system which can be cured under water is determined. Active diluents, inert diluent, adhesion promoter and antirust pigments is discussed and screened. A kind of coating which can be painted in environment of high humidity, high salt and dry-wet alternate operation is prepared for repairing of marine steel structures in service in splash and tidal range zone. The product can adapt to low surface treatment of base material and cure underwater. The coating has great performance of adhesive force and anticorrosion. It can be widely used in anticorrosion maintenance of marine steel structure in service.
