摘要
烟花是我国传统艺术文化的代表之一,它集声、光、色、形等因素于一体,给人以立体美的感受。其中冷烟花以其燃烧外部温度低、科技含量高、环保无污染等特点受到大家的欢迎。论文设计了以钛粉、硝化棉和典型金属盐为主要组成的绿色、无烟、环保冷烟花,辅以单片机电子点火,完成智能冷烟花瀑布的组合燃放。同时以趣味焰色反应揭示烟花呈现缤纷色彩的原理,以各配方组成对烟花燃放效果的影响规律,揭示了烟花配方设计的固-固相反应化学原理,激发大众探索交叉学科的应用研究。
Fireworks,one of the representatives of Chinese traditional arts and culture,interprets the visible beauty with unique integration of sound,light,color and shape.The environment-friendly cold fireworks are very popular due to the properties of low combustion temperature,advanced technology and non-pollution.Herein,a green and smoke-free cold fireworks was designed,which was composed of nitrocellulose,titanium and metal salts.A cold fireworks waterfall was intelligently set off by one-chip computer.Moreover,an interesting flame test was conducted to reveal the mechanism of color performance.The investigation of composition’s effect on fireworks performance further uncovered the mechanism of solid-solid reaction which guides fireworks formula design.This study is expected to show the beauty of chemistry and inspire more people to explore the application of interdisciplinary research.
