摘要
目的:通过Meta分析来评估补中益气汤治疗盆腔器官脱垂的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索重庆维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、中国知网(CNKI)等国内数据库,收集数据库建库以来至2021年2月2日期间关于补中益气汤治疗盆腔器官脱垂的文献。严格按照纳入及排除标准对文献进行筛选,文献质量的评估应用改良Jadad评分量表,再通过使用Rev Man 5.3软件对纳入数据进行Meta分析。结果:文章最后共纳入13篇文献,涉及977例患者,观察组505例采用口服补中益气汤或联合西医疗法治疗,对照组472例采用单纯西医疗法治疗。Meta分析结果显示,与单纯采用西医疗法相比,口服补中益气汤或联合西医疗法治疗盆腔器官脱垂,可明显提高临床有效率(OR=4.77,95%CI:3.29,6.92,P<0.00001)、提高盆底肌力(OR=3.51,95%CI:1.81,6.80,P=0.0002)、增加盆底肌电压(OR=7.56,95%CI:2.72,12.40,P=0.0002)、降低中医证候积分(MD=-1.64,95%CI:-2.13,-1.16,P<0.00001)。结论:相比单纯西医治疗,口服补中益气汤或联合西医疗法治疗盆腔器官脱垂效果更好。
Objective This paper aims to evaluate the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on pelvic organ prolapse through Meta analysis.Methods Computer search Chongqing Weipu database,Chinese biomedical literature database,Wanfang database,China Zhiwang(CNKI)database,To collect the literature on the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse by Buzhong Yiqi decoction from February 2,2021.Screening of literature in strict accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria,Evaluation of literature quality using improved Jadad scale,Then the inclusion data is Meta analyzed by using Rev Man5.3 software.Results 13 articles were included in this paper,Involving 977 patients,Observation group 505 cases were treated with oral Buzhong Yiqi Decoction or combined western medicine therapy,In the control group,472 cases were treated with western medicine alone.Meta analysis shows,Compared with Western medicine alone,Oral Buzhong Yiqi Decoction or combined with Western medicine treatment of pelvic organ prolapse,Can significantly improve the clinical effectiveness(OR=4.77,95%CI:3.29,6.92,P<0.00001),pelvic floor muscle strength(OR=3.51,95%CI:1.81,6.80,P=0.0002),increased pelvic floor EMG(OR=7.56,95%CI:2.72,12.40,P=0.0002),reduced TCM syndrome score(MD=-1.64,95%CI:-2.13,-1.16,P<0.00001).Conclusion Compared with western medicine alone,Oral Buzhong Yiqi decoction or combined with western medicine treatment of pelvic organ prolapse effect is better.
