摘要
目的根据文献数据,运用多指标决策法筛选出针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的优势方案。方法全面检索CNKI、CBM、VIP、万方、Pub Med和The Cochrane Library数据库中发表的针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的随机对照试验。用改良Jadad评分量表对证据质量进行评价。运用多指标决策分析法对原始数据进行处理,计算各治疗方案与最优方案的贴近程度,筛选出针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的最优方案。结果共纳入10项研究,结果表明,针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的优势方案为NX-DJ01智能电子针灸系统,每日1次,每周5次,一个疗程为2周,共10次一个疗程。结论NX-DJ01智能电子针灸系统为针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的优势方案。针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的穴位多采用患侧梁丘、血海、犊鼻、内膝眼、阴陵泉、阳陵泉。
Objective According to the medical literature databases,the multi-index decision making method was used to select the superior treatment of knee osteoarthritis by acupuncture and moxibustion,so as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment.Methods A comprehensive computer search of CNKI,CBM,VIP,wanfang,Pubmed and The Cochrane Library was conducted to collect randomized controlled trials of acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.The improved Jadad scale was used to evaluate the quality of evidence.The multi-index decision analysis method was used to process the original data,calculate the degree of closeness between each treatment program and the optimal program,and select the optimal program of acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis.Results A total of 10 studies were included,and the results showed that the advantage of acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis was the NX-DJ01 IEAA machine,every day,five times a week,treatment for 2 weeks.Conclusion Based on the existing clinical evidence,the NX-DJ01 IEAA machine is an advantageous acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis.The selections of acupoints were Liangqiu,Xuehai,Dubi,Neixiyan,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan of the affected knee.
