摘要
当前,全球新一轮集成电路竞争已经拉开序幕,美国、韩国、欧洲、日本和中国台湾地区等主要经济体纷纷发力布局本土产业,集成电路已经成为主要经济体战略竞争和博弈的焦点,与之相对应的人才已经成为关键资源。本文介绍了全球和我国集成电路产业和人才发展情况,并采用灰度预测法对我国集成电路产业人才需求做了预判,对我国集成电路产业人才建设规划具有一定的参考价值。
A new round of global competition for the development of integrated circuits has begun now.The major economies,such as the United States,South Korea,Europe,Japan and Taiwan,have been vigorously laying out their local industries.Integrated circuits have become the focus of strategic competition among major powers,meanwhile,integrated circuit talents have become key resources.This paper first introduces global and China’s integrated circuit industry and talent development,then applies gray prediction method to predict the talent demand of integrated circuit industry in China,which is of great significance to the talent construction of integrated circuit industry in China.
