摘要
目的研究厚朴饮片外观性状与醇浸出物、挥发油、总酚含量之间的相关性,并建立复合质量常数。方法对20批厚朴饮片的色度及厚度进行测量,对内在成分醇溶性浸出物、挥发油含量和总酚含量分析测定,利用数理统计方法对数据进行相关性分析,选取相应指标构建复合质量常数。结果厚朴饮片的厚度与总酚含量、浸出物、挥发油含量呈显著正相关;结合产品质量,认为复合质量常数一等品的质量常数≥5.4,二等品在4.5~5.4之间,而质量常数<4.5的产品多为劣等品。结论厚朴饮片的厚度与色度均与内在成分含量有一定的相关性,构建复合质量常数,可为厚朴饮片等级评价提供参考。
Objective To study the correlation between the characteristics of appearance and the index components of magnolia officinalis cortex.Methods The colors and the thickness of 20 batches of magnolia officinalis cortex were correlated with the con-tents of alcohol soluble extract,volatile oil and total phenol by the analysis of mathematical statistics method.The right indexes were choosed to construct the compound quality constant.Results Acording to the quality of the twenty batches of decoction pieces,magnolia officinalis cortex was divided into three grades,the compound quality constant of the first grade was greater than or equal to 5.4.The second grade was greater than or equal to 4.5 but less than 5.4.The low-grade was less than 4.5.Con-clusion The chromaticity and the thickness were related in some extent with the quality of magnolia officinalis decoction pieces.The compound quality constant provides a new model for grading the Magnolia Officinalis Cortex.
