摘要
对新工科背景下食品学科人才培养改革实践进行了探索。主要对“3+1”校企联合和基于OBE理念的应用型课程教学2种培养模式进行了改革探索,对这2种培养模式的改革内容和改革目标进行了系统的阐述,并对实施方案及可行性进行了分析。
This paper explores the practice of talent training reform of food discipline under the background of new engineering,foucusing on the two training modes"3+1"school enterprise combination and application-oriented curriculum teaching based on OBE concept.It also systematically expounds the reform content and reform objectives under the two modes,and analyzes the implementation scheme and feasibility analysis.
