摘要
大学生心理健康教育一直是社会重点关注的话题,作为未来教书育人、为人师表的师范生,其身心健康尤为重要。在职前教育过程中,要打破传统的单一的心理健康教育课程,创新师范生心理健康教育模式,切实提高师范生的心理健康水平。
The mental health of college students has always been the focus of social concern,as a teacher in the future,teaching and educating normal students,physical and mental health is particularly important.In the process of pre-service education,we should break the traditional single mental health education curriculum and innovate the mental health education model for normal university students to effectively improve the mental health level of normal university students.This paper proposes a psychological education model based on reading guidance and practice of picture books:Starting from both theoretical and practical aspects,take picture book reading as the starting point,use the sharing reading by the interactive way,based on the mutual cooperation between university and primary school,to realize the mental health of normal university students and the development of teachers’ comprehensive quality.It is expected to provide reference for the mental health education of normal university students.
