摘要
阅读治疗有着悠久的历史源头和广阔的发展前景。阅读治疗在解决诸如沮丧、紧张、忧伤、痛苦、孤独等情绪困扰方面有着显著效果。阅读治疗以认知治疗理论、认同理论和叙事理论为其心理学基础。阅读治疗至少经历认同、宣泄、领悟三个阶段。学校心理辅导中开展阅读治疗的关键性问题有:阅读观念的改变;阅读治疗与辅导资源库的建设;后续活动的设计。
With long historical origin and wider foreground in development, bibliotherapy has notable effect in solving the problem of emotional obsession such as depression, tension, mourns, suffering, and loneliness and so on. On the psychological basis of cognitive therapy theory, identity theory, and narrative theory, bibliotherapy goes through at least three stages: identification, catharsis, insight. There are three major steps in doing bibliotherapy in school mental counseling: to change the concept of reading, to constroct the book resource for bibliotherapy, and to plan the activities after reading.
