摘要
目的:观察五苓散加味配合穴位贴敷治疗儿童自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)的临床疗效。方法:将56例ASD患儿通过随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各28例,研究过程中对照组脱落2例。两组均采用常规康复训练+穴位贴敷;在此基础上,观察组采用五苓散加味治疗,每日1剂,4周为1个疗程,持续治疗2个疗程。比较两组患儿临床疗效、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)及孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分,记录不良反应。结果:对照组有效率[57.70%(15/26)]显著低于观察组[92.86%(26/28)](P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,两组治疗1、2个疗程后CARS及ABC评分均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组同期比较,观察组治疗1、2个疗程后CARS及ABC评分均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:五苓散加味配合穴位贴敷治疗ASD患儿的疗效确切,有助于改善临床症状,患儿可以耐受,安全性高,为儿童ASD的研究和治疗提供了新思路。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of supplemented modified Wuling Powder combined with acupoint application for childhood autism spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods: Fifty-six cases of children ASD, in accordance with the random number table, were divided into observation group and control group, 28 cases in each group, 2 cases in the control group withdrew during the study. The control group received routine rehabilitation training combined with, while the observation group additionally received modified Wuling Powder, one dose a day, and 4 weeks a course for a total of two courses. The clinical efficacy, childhood autism rating scale(CARS) and autism behavior checklist(ABC) were compared between the two groups,and adverse reactions were recorded. Results: The effective rate of the control group[57.70%(15/26)] was lower than that of the observation group[92.86%(26/28)](P<0.05). Compared with own group before treatment, the CARS and ABC scores of the two groups 4, 8 weeks after treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group at the same time, the CARS and ABC scores of the observation group 4, 8 weeks after treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion: Modified Wuling Powder combines with acupoint application has a definite effect on adolescent autism patients. It is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms. It is tolerable and safe for children, providing a new way for the future research and development in treating children with autism.
