尤昭玲临证子宫内膜容受性评估体系的构建探讨 被引量:16

摘要 随着辅助生殖技术(ART)在妇科生殖中占比日益上升,解决子宫内膜容受性(ER)问题成为倍受关注的生殖重点、难点问题。尤昭玲教授历经十余年临证探索,提出子宫-子宫内膜-卵巢-卵泡间的生殖维系,立足以经阴道四维彩超(4D-TVCD)为辅查技术,寻找ER评价方式,提出了4D-TVCD下能提供的逾145项声像指标,归类为四大信息,全面暴露影响生殖的因素,望能构建出尽完备的综合评估体系,为临床尤其是在ART反复种植失败的诊疗提供决策思路。 With the increasing proportion of assisted reproductive technology(ART) in gynecological reproduction,solving endometrial receptivity has become the focus and challenge in reproductive. After more than ten years of clinical exploration, Professor YOU Zhao-ling proposed the reproductive maintenance between the uterus-endometrial-ovaries-follicles,based on the four-dimensional transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography(4D-TVCD) for auxiliary examination technology,looking for methods to evaluate the endometrial receptivity. YOU summarized more than 145 audio-visual indicators provided under 4D-TVCD, classified as four major information, which can expose the factors affecting reproduction, comprehensively.It is hoped that a complete comprehensive evaluation system can be constructed to provide decision-making ideas for clinical treatment, especially ART failure.
