摘要
为深入分析成品油道路运输事故的致因因素,减少事故发生和降低事故后果,基于成品油罐车道路运输事故统计分析,构建故障树分析模型,通过定量分析可知人员因素、罐车因素、道路因素、环境因素的影响分别为42.7%、13.5%、26.3%、17.5%,其中人员因素影响最大,拥堵混行、超速、刹车失灵的临界重要度最高,是影响最大的三个基本因素。基于三个基本事件构建事件树模型,得到A、E、F三条高风险事件链,其中驾驶员的超速行为是共有因素,容易导致碰撞、追尾、侧翻事故。针对高风险因素以及导致的事故,提出了针对性事故预防控制措施。
In order to deeply analyze the cause factors of refined oil products road transport accidents,and reduce the occurrence and consequences of accidents,a fault tree analysis model was established based on the statistical analysis of refined oil tanker road transport accidents,and the quantitative analysis showed that the influence of human factors,tank truck factors,road factors and environmental factors were 42.7%,13.5%,26.3%and 17.5%,respectively.The critical importance of congestion and traffic mixing,overspeed and brake failure is the highest,which are the three basic factors with the greatest influence.The event tree model is constructed based on the three basic events,and three high-risk event chains A,E and F are obtained.Among them,drivers speeding behavior is a common factor,which can easily lead to collision,rear-end collision and rollover accidents.In view of the high risk factors and the accidents caused by them,some prevention and control measures for accidents are proposed.
