摘要
在新能源汽车快速发展的时代背景下,电动汽车充电桩在传统治理机制下呈现出建设水平不足、充电桩管理欠缺、信息共享不足等缺点。分析电动汽车充电桩的建设现状及存在的问题,将共建共治共享理念作为电动汽车充电桩共同建设、多元治理、多方共赢的理念框架,最终提出了基于共建共治共享的电动汽车充电桩建设治理机制。
Under the background of the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the charging pile of electric vehicles presents some shortcomings under the traditional governance mechanism,such as insufficient construction level,insufficient charging pile management,insufficient information sharing and so on.After analyzing the current situation and existing problems of electric vehicle charging pile construction,this paper uses the concept of co construction,co governance and sharing as the conceptual framework of electric vehicle charging pile joint construction,multi governance and win-win,and finally puts forward the governance mechanism of electric vehicle charging pile construction based on co construction,co governance and sharing.
