摘要
利用排队论方法对成都市某大型超市的收费系统进行了研究 ,提出了优化收费台数目的数学模型。通过分析对比 ,证明这个模型是切实可行的。优化的结果表明 ,此模型可有效地提高工作效率 ,为企业节约经营成本。这种方法可用于大型商场。
By making use of queuing theory, the charging systems for a supermarket in Chengdu were studied and a model of optimizing the numbers of cashers given. It was proved that this optimizing model of the queuing is feasible and improve the efficiency and save the management cost. This management solution could be widely applied to the dynamic management of the charging system in Large supermarkets, hospitals and so on.
