摘要
目的:探讨黄连温胆汤治疗痰热内扰型失眠的临床效果。方法:将2019年1月-2021年1月收治的痰热内扰型失眠患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各31例。对照组每晚睡前口服艾司唑仑片,观察组给予黄连温胆汤治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及中医证候改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗后,观察组治愈率与总有效率为38.7%和96.8%,对照组为25.8%和80.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组PSQI各因子评分及总分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后失眠多梦、胸脘痞闷、口苦心烦、头晕目眩等中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连温胆汤治疗痰热内扰型失眠疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Huanglian Wendan Decoction on treating insomnia caused by phlegmheat Internal disturbance. Methods: A total of 62 insomnia patients with phlegm-heat internal disturbance treated from January2019 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 31 cases in each group. The control group was given estazolam tablet orally every night before going to bed, and the observation group was given Huanglian Wendan decoction. The clinical efficacy, Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and TCM syndrome score of two groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate were 38.7% and 96.8% in the observation group, and 25.8% and 80.6% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI factor scores and total score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes such as insomnia and dreaminess,chest tightness and gastric stuffiness, bitter mouth and upset, dizziness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Huanglian Wendan Decoction has a significant efficacy in the treatment of insomnia caused by phlegm-heat internal disturbance and deserves clinical promotion.
