摘要 针对浮选机主要的故障类型进行分析,以轴承故障监测为主要研究对象,分析了轴承的固有频率、各故障类型的特征频率。以嵌入式处理器为内核,建立故障监测系统,分别对主要硬件设备和软件进行了设计,通过调试试验,验证了系统故障监测的可靠性,证明了系统满足浮选机的日常监测需求。 The main fault types of the flotation machine are analyzed,and bearing fault monitoring is the main research object,and the natural frequency of the bearing and the characteristic frequency of each fault type are analyzed.With the embedded processor as the core,a fault monitoring system is established,the main hardware equipment and software are designed.Through the debugging test,the reliability of the system fault monitoring is verified,and it is proved that the system meets the daily monitoring requirements of the flotation machine.
