为满足现场快速排除XJM系列浮选机常见机械故障的要求,保证设备正常、高效运行,根据用户在安装、使用该浮选机过程中的实际反馈,结合中煤科工集团唐山研究院有限公司多年的浮选机研发、加工及售后服务经验,对其常见机械故障原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案。
In order to meet the demand of quick shooting the common mechanical fault of XJM series floatation machine in site, ensure the equipment operated properly and effectively, According to feedback of user in the installation and application of this flotation machine, combined with the experiments of development, manufacture and after sell service of Tangshan Research Institute Co Ltd, China Coal Technology ＆ Engineering Group, analyzed the reasons of common mechanical fault, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
