摘要
本系统以STM32F103RBT6为主控芯片的电路板为基础,设计了一种自动菌落计数器光源系统。现有的光源光照强度固定且仅有白色光的菌落计数器准确率较低,本设计通过上位机控制上下光源的光照强弱和颜色,以适应机器视觉的特殊光源环境需求,使图像中的菌落信息与培养基信息得到合理分离,大大降低图像处理算法分割、识别的难度,使菌落计数器的准确率和计数速度得到有效提高。
This system is based on the circuit board of STM32 F103 RBT6 as the main control chip,and designed an automatic colony counter light source system.The existing colony counters with fixed light intensity and only white light have a low accuracy rate.This design uses the upper computer to control the light intensity and color of the upper and lower light sources to adapt to the special light source environment requirements of machine vision and make the colony in the image Information and culture medium information are reasonably separated,which greatly reduces the difficulty of image processing algorithm segmentation and recognition,and effectively improves the accuracy and counting speed of the colony counter.
