摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种自身免疫性疾病,致残率极高,目前尚不能治愈,经典针刺方法治疗该病疗效显著,但作用机制尚不明确,且不同针刺方法在治疗类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)时作用途径是否相同亦不明确,笔者检索近10年相关文献进行整理、分析,综述不同针刺方法治疗RA的效应机制,并述评该领域实验研究存在的问题,为今后针法的个性及共性研究提供参考和依据。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is an autoimmune disease, with high morbidity, and it cannot be cured.Acupuncture treatment of the disease curative effect is distinct, but the mechanism is not clear. And the different acupuncture method in the treatment of RA pathways is also not clear whether the same, when I searched for related literature in recent 10 years for sorting and analysis, summarized different effect mechanism of acupuncture treatment of RA, and expounded the problems existing in the experimental research in this area, so as to provide the reference and basis individual character and commonness of acupuncture methods in the future research.
