摘要
目的:分析近十年国内外关于胆囊癌的研究热点及现状。方法:通过检索英文PubMed数据库及中文万方数据库中2010~2020年关于胆囊癌的文献,使用书目共现分析系统对结果进行文献计量学分析,采用gCLUTO软件进行双向聚类分析。结果:PubMed数据库中关于胆囊癌的相关文献共检索到2691篇,万方数据库3940篇。检索结果经分析后均选取了32个关键词,聚类分析后PubMed数据库得到手术、基础研究等7个聚类,万方数据库得到手术等8个聚类。结论:胆囊癌的微创治疗包括腹腔镜、机器人手术的相关报道逐渐增多。胆囊癌的治疗需要借助大数据、人工智能等新技术,汇集手术、放化疗、靶向、免疫的多模式综合治疗是胆囊癌治疗的方向。
Objective:To explore the current hotspots and status in the field of gallbladder carcinoma at domestic and foreign in recent years.Methods:The literatures related to gallbladder carcinoma from 2010 to 2020 were searched in PubMed database and Wanfang database respectively,and bibliometric and bidirectional cluster analysis were carried out by using bibliographic items co-occurrence matrix builder software and gCLUTO software.Results:A total of 2691 articles were included in PubMed database and 3940 articles in Wanfang database.A total of 32 high-frequency subject headings were selected,7 clusters including surgical and basic research were obtained after cluster analysis in PubMed database and 8 clusters including surgical in Wanfang database.Conclusions:Reports of minimally invasive therapy including laparoscopy and surgical robots are increasing.The treatment of gallbladder carcinoma requires new technique such as big data and artificial intelligence.Multimodal comprehensive treatment integrating surgery,chemoradiotherapy,targeted therapy and immunotherapy is the direction of the future treatment of gallbladder carcinoma.
