摘要
目的讨论研究门诊主管护师将个性化中医护理干预模式运用到门诊消化不良患者护理工作中的价值效果。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月在医院就诊的60例消化不良患者,随机分为两组,给予对照组患者开展常规护理工作,观察组在进行常规护理的同时,开展个性化中医护理干预工作,对比护理后两组护理满意程度情况,复发发生情况,功能性消化不良评分。结果观察组护理后整体家属对护理工作的满意程度明显超过对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后整体腹痛、腹胀、疾病复发等发生几率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后整体反流评分、腹痛评分、消化不良评分、腹泻评分、便秘评分等明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门诊主管护师在门诊消化不良患者的就诊护理工作中,开展个性化中医护理干预工作,可在很大程度上提升整体的护理水平,有效增强患者家属对护理工作的满意程度,帮助患者有效改善患者症状,有利于患者的康复治疗。
Objective To discuss and study the value and effect of applying personalized TCM nursing intervention model to the nursing work of outpatients with dyspepsia.Methods Sixty patients with dyspepsia who were treated in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020,were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group carried out personalized TCM nursing while performing routine care.The nursing satisfaction,recurrence and score of functional dyspepsia were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the satisfaction of the whole family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of overall abdominal pain,abdominal distention and disease recurrence in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall reflux score,abdominal pain score,dyspepsia score,diarrhea score and constipation score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the outpatient treatment and nursing of outpatients with dyspepsia,the nurse in charge of the outpatient department carries out personalized TCM nursing intervention,which can greatly improve the overall nursing,effectively enhance the satisfaction of the patients’family members with the nursing work,help the patients effectively improve the symptoms and is conducive to the rehabilitation treatment of the patients.
