摘要
肠道菌群是宿主体内一个庞大且多样的生态系统,由各种菌群以一定比例存在,既相互协调又相互制约,其通过参与一系列免疫过程来加强肠道内环境的稳定。正常肠道菌群不仅参与营养物质的合成和吸收,还参与免疫调节过程起到屏障和清除的作用。而妇科恶性肿瘤作为严重威胁女性生命健康的高发病率疾病,其病因虽尚不完全明确,但很多研究已阐明了其与肠道菌群代谢之间存在的相关性。作者综合分析相关文献,对肠道菌群与妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展之间的相互影响进行了系统论述。
Intestinal flora is a large and diverse ecosystem in the host body,composed of various bacteria in a certain proportion,which are both coordinated and mutually restrictedhe stability of the intestinal environment by participating in a series of immune processes.Normal intestinal flora not only participates in the synthesis and absorption of nutrients,but also plays a role of barrier and clearance in immune regulation.Although the etiology of gynecological malignant tumor,as disease seriously threatening women's health,is not completely clear,many studies have clarified the correlation between intestinal flora metabolism.he interaction between intestinal flora and the occurrence and development of gynecological malignant tumors,so as to provide ideas for the treatment or adjuvant treatment of gynecological malignant tumors in the future.
